Our little girl can get lost in her make believe play.
It is so cute to be a fly on the wall and listen.
She totally loves romance and has since she could verbalize.
I hope that whomever she chooses to love will indulge this side of her...she will need it.

I was driving home and saw this sight on the highway.
The sun actually looked like it was a ball of fire that had taken out a part of the bridge...

11/365 ~ Lucky ladybug
This little good luck charm has tinkled beneath my rear view for almost 6 years; since the day that we submitted our dossier to China for
Katie Starr.
Pam, the wonderful women who assisted us in compiling that massive portfolio which contained our life story and then some, sent this lovely ladybug to us as a congratulatory gift and told me to think of our little girl all the way in China every time I heard it's melodic tinkle.
Now, all these years later, it makes me think of the stroke of good luck that I have had three times over. Justin, Katie Starr and Ethan; because of them, lady luck shines on my every day.

After a full day of work I ran to Weight Watchers with the DD in tow. First week on WW and a loss of 4 pounds...I will take it!
Came home immediately and reported my 4 pound reduction to my facebook weight loss group via the $$ key!

4/365 ~ Vision of Christmas Past
As I was driving home from work my wheels began to turn about what my pic of the day would be. I prayed that I would get home while there was still enough natural light to get my picture. I ran into the house, kissed the kids and the husband, grabbed my camera and ran out to get it. This struck me as funny and a little sad when I pulled into my neighborhood and saw this group of deflated subjects laying on the grass just waiting to be put back up in the attic for another year. I am not sure that this was the best angle but the camera made my mind up for me because unbeknownst to me, the camera battery was dying fast.....and poof...it was done and the camera turned off. Decision made...this would have to be the best angle!

We are a decorating kind of family. Each and every holiday is accompanied by decorations. Sadly, our Hanukkah decorations are still partially up just in time for the New Year decorations to be taken down.
I wish you a happy, healthy, prosperous and creative New Year. I am doing my level best to work on all four beginning day ONE!
