199/365 ~ Bad Weather Ahead!
I know it seems that I am a bit preoccupied with the weather.
I am fascinated with it but I am not even close to my friend TC. If she was a photog and had her own 365 then I bet you would be getting lots more weather shots than I am posting ;-)
Living in South Florida during the summer allows us to see Mother Nature at her finest and most fierce.
This particular storm turned out to be pretty darn nasty to drive through.
It sure was cool looking before we hit it though!

196/365 ~ The beach at my fav time of day!
During the summer we have made it a ritual to go at least 2-3 times a month to the beach for a dinnertime picnic and to watch the DD play until sunset.
Sometimes we are joined by friends and sometimes it is just the four of us.
It is always delightful!

193/365 ~ Chef Ethan
This is not my photo.
My sister took it but I had to post it for my pic of the day since this was the highlight of the day.
Ethan loves to cook; so does my sister.
They teamed up to make a cake.
Ethan was dressed (yes, we know that the buttons were misaligned...that was one of the cutest parts of the pic.) in real chef garb supplied by Janes's friend Ingrid who loves her some E-man.
The cake was delicious as was the experience and the evening sent together.
Thank you Jane and Ingrid for making my boy very happy!

192/365 ~ Things that creep in the night!
This creepy crawly little guy was hanging out when we arrived home late last night.
This morning...he was gone; probably quite comfortable in one of the bushes by our front walkway.
Again tonight. he reappeared! Him and his amazing web, that was constructed in quite a short time.
I know it is a creepy picture but I could not resist!

After days on end of fun with the last two including a sleepover (not much sleep) and his 6th birthday party; this is what our boy looked like after a late day swim in the pool.
Of course, when it was time to go to bed, he was not tired at all!
